I had high hopes for this company when I first contacted them, however, after I received my samples and started to discuss budget, communication went from quick and smooth to zero or days of delayed responses. Although their products are excellent, their customer service turned from great to unsatisfactory. Not only did they start to mistreat me during the negotiation process, they were unapologetic after I expressed my concerns. I hope they take this feedback and treat their future customers better than they did me.
I am very happy with the products I got and the service from the supplier,I can not wait to try then and stock more😊💕
